 A number of rural regions suffer from a frail economic status, as the benefits of industrialisation and commercialisation have not seeped into these areas unlike urban ones. Unfavourable weather conditions and inadequate resources have hampered the development of rural areas. The young populace from these regions prefers to migrate to prosperous towns and cities to earn a living. Seeing this, the Foundation has taken steps towards facilitating better employment opportunities for these young aspirants by organising job exchange programmes. Till date, several graduates have benefited from these job exchange programmes and have secured promising opportunities in urban towns and cities.  |
